SALMON WITH SPINACH - HEALTHY RECIPE

Hello dear ones – of course we do not only deal with culinary and food culture, we would like to present you today a very delicious and above all healthy “low carb dinner”. The basis of this food is salmon, more specifically “smoked salmon” and spinach. These two ingredients are very valuable for a balanced diet because the salmon provides valuable omega 3 fatty acids and the spinach provides valuable vitamins and minerals such as B vitamins, vitamin C and potassium, calcium and many more vitamins.

Which ingredients and food do you need?

Spinach (frozen)100 gram

cream cheese40 grams

Salmon with spinach (roll) – The preparation

It’s best to heat the oven to 220 degrees and in the meantime defrost the spinach. Then you give the thawed spinach in a bowl and stir it with the previously separated egg yolk. You can also add the grated cheese and season everything with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

To make everything nice and fluffy, beat the previously separated egg white into snow and mix it with the previously mixed mixture of spinach and the other ingredients.

Now comes the exciting part! It is best to place a baking paper on the baking tray and spread the previously mixed mixture on the baking paper and let it bake in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.

After taking the baking sheet out of the oven with the mass, let it cool down briefly and lay the baking paper together with the mass on an aluminum foil and then brush on top of the mass with cream cheese and mustard (use a little mustard).

Last but not least, you distribute the smoked salmon on the mass to create a nice surface. Then you just have to roll up the mass and of course be careful that you do not roll in the aluminum foil If the reel opens a bit, you can just wrap 2-3 small rubbers around the reel and everything is packed tightly.

Then just leave a few hours to cool in the refrigerator, cut open and enjoy
