With the heat of summer, nothing better to lower the temperature than a good granita, lemonade or a cool pole, today we bring you six recipes of homemade fruit pops, which will make you melt with pleasure. The poles are a perfect alternative so that our children are well hydrated in summer and do not get bored of eating fruit, incorporate them into your recipe book! If you prefer to cool off with a drink, you can also make these different lemonade recipes to refresh yourself this summer or these homemade fruit slushies to be cool.

1. Watermelon and kiwi poles

We started with this recipe, healthy and more than appetizing. First, remove the crust of half watermelon, cut it into cubes and remove the seeds. Then squirt or tritúrala with a blender and pour the watermelon juice on the molds, to fill two-thirds of each. Place a stick in each mold and freeze until they are hard (about two hours). Meanwhile, peel and cut three sliced kiwis, place them in the blender and crush them. If you want you can add 3 or 4 tablespoons of sugar, depending on your tastes.

2. Peach cream polo shirts

We continue with this creamy pole. Place in a bowl 3 or 4 peaches peeled and cut into cubes, 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of milk and 1 or 2 tablespoons of honey (depending on whether you like it more or less sweet). Crush the ingredients until you get a smooth puree, pour it into the molds, place the sticks, freeze them and enjoy!

3. Strawberry and banana poles

For those who like classic flavors, we propose this recipe with only three ingredients, all of them natural. Mix in a bowl a large ripe banana, 12 sliced strawberries in half and 120ml. of pineapple juice or orange juice. Grind the fruit with a blender until you get a smooth mixture and pour it into the molds. To finish place a stick in each mold and freeze them overnight (6 to 8 hours). To facilitate the extraction of the molds, we recommend that you put the molds under the tap with warm water, in this way they will detach easily.

4. Avocado and melon popsicles

We continue with this recipe with natural ingredients and without a gram of sugar. Mix in a bowl 320g of sweet melon, two tablespoons of lemon juice (90ml), 75ml of water, and 135g of avocado (without skin or bone). Triturate everything well until you get a smooth cream. Pour the mixture into the molds, place a mold on each stick and freeze it for at least 5 or 6 hours.

5. Tropical pineapple and mango poles

This recipe is aimed at fans of tropical fruits. First, peel and chop a mango and half pineapple, and freeze for a few hours. Then place them in a bowl with 400ml. of pineapple juice and crush everything well, until you get a smooth mixture. Pour it in the molds, place a stick in each one and put the poles in the freezer for at least 6 hours before enjoying.

6. Yogurt and strawberry pops

If you are one of those who dies for a petit Suisse, you will love these poles. Mix in a 500g bowl of washed strawberries, without leaves and chopped, 250g of Greek yogurt, 50g of honey and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Pass it through the blender until it is soft and pour it over the molds. Place the sticks and refrigerate for at least 4 or 5 hours.
